Orders are verified before they ship
Every order is reviewed by hand to confirm it is going to a church, security team, or related organization. Verification normally takes 1–2 business days. Nothing is made or shipped until that is complete. See order verification.
Production time
Units are made to order in Allen Park, Michigan. There is no warehouse stock. TODO(michael): state your realistic production window here, e.g. "orders ship within 3–5 business days of verification".
Shipping method and cost
Flat-rate shipping is added at checkout and applies to the whole order regardless of quantity. TODO(michael): name the carrier and service level you actually use, and state typical transit times.
Where we ship
United States addresses only. Checkout will not accept an international address. If you are outside the US, get in touch before ordering.
Tracking
You will receive tracking by email once your order ships. TODO(michael): confirm whether tracking emails come from you, from Pirate Ship, or from the carrier, so customers know what to expect in their inbox.
Address changes and problems
If you need to correct an address, reply to your order confirmation before the order ships and it will be fixed. If a package is lost or arrives damaged, tell us and it will be made right.
