We check who we sell to
SecuFlag™ is identification. Identification is only worth anything if the people carrying it are who they say they are.
Why this exists
A hi-vis panel that reads SECURITY changes how people react to the person wearing it. In the right hands that is the entire point — it gets an officer to the right person and gets a frightened parent to someone who can help. In the wrong hands it is a way to look official for a few seconds, and a few seconds is all some situations take.
That is not a risk worth an extra sale, so every order gets a human look before it ships. Not a checkbox. Not an automated filter. A person.
What we check
- The organization exists and is what you say it is. Usually a website, a listing, a bulletin, a social page — something a person can look at.
- Your role makes sense. Safety team, security lead, pastor, facilities, trainer, consultant. You tell us at checkout.
- The contact details connect. The phone number or website you give should tie back to the organization you named.
- The order makes sense for the team. Twelve units for a twelve-person team is normal. If something looks unusual, we ask instead of assuming.
What happens to your order
- You pay at checkout. The charge is real and immediate.
- Your order sits in a pending state while it is reviewed, normally 1–2 business days.
- If something is unclear, you get an email or a call. Answering usually takes a minute.
- Verified orders go into production and ship.
- Orders that cannot be verified are refunded in full, shipping included.
Why we are not on Amazon
Because Amazon does not let us do any of the above. On a marketplace, anyone with a card gets a box, and the seller has no idea who ordered it or why. There is no checkout question about your role and no ability to decline an order that does not add up.
Listing there would mean more volume and a much larger share of that volume going to people we would never have shipped to. Selling direct costs us sales. It is the only way to actually control where this ends up.
If you are not a church
Plenty of legitimate buyers are not churches: schools, synagogues and mosques, clinics, event teams, private security, trainers, and consultants. None of that is a problem — just tell us who you are at checkout, or ask first if you would rather not find out after paying.
Tell us honestly who you are and what your team does, and your order will go through. The verification step exists to stop the orders that will not do that.
