SecuFlag™ Return & Refund Policy

Our Commitment

SecuFlag LLC stands behind every unit we ship. Every SecuFlag is built to order in Michigan and inspected before it leaves our facility. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.


Order Verification

All SecuFlag orders are subject to a brief manual verification process to confirm the order is going to a legitimate church security team or faith-based security organization. This process typically completes within 1 business day.

If your order cannot be verified, it will be cancelled and you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will be notified by email if your order is cancelled for this reason.


Defective or Damaged Units

If your SecuFlag arrives defective, damaged in shipping, or fails to deploy as designed upon first use, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@secuflag.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • A photo if the issue is visible

We will ship a replacement unit at no charge. No need to return the defective unit.


Single-Use Design — Important Notice

SecuFlag is a single-use consumable device. Once the flag has been deployed — in a live incident, drill, or training exercise — the unit is considered used and is not eligible for return or refund. This is by design: a deployed unit has served its purpose and should be replaced.

Units that have been deployed are not defective. Replacement units are available at secuflag.com.


Unopened / Undeployed Returns

If you receive your order and change your mind before deploying any units, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@secuflag.com. We will review return requests on a case-by-case basis. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds are issued to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of returned units.

Note: Given the nature of our order verification process, we encourage buyers to confirm their team's needs before ordering. We're happy to answer questions before you buy — contact us at info@secuflag.com.


Tax-Exempt Organizations

If your organization is tax-exempt, reply to your order confirmation email with your exemption certificate before your order ships. We will apply your exemption and adjust the tax charged accordingly. See our Contact page for details.


Shipping Damage

If your package arrives visibly damaged, photograph the packaging before opening and contact us at info@secuflag.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will file a claim with the carrier and ship a replacement.
