Deployment - Under 2 Seconds

1. Clip to your dominant-side belt loop or attach to keychain
2. When identification is needed: grip the pull-tab with non-dominant hand
3. One firm downward pull releases the flag
4. Flag unfurls instantly - weapon hand stays completely free
5. Visible 50–100+ feet in any direction
