SecuFlag™ Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing secuflag.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this site or purchase our products. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of secuflag.com.

2. Who We Are

SecuFlag LLC is a Michigan limited liability company. SecuFlag™ is a rapid-deployment security identification device designed for plainclothes church security personnel and faith-based security organizations. We are based in Michigan.

3. Eligibility to Purchase

SecuFlag is sold exclusively to verified church security teams, faith-based security organizations, and related professional security personnel. By placing an order you represent that:

  • You are purchasing on behalf of a legitimate church security team, faith-based security organization, or related professional security use
  • You are 18 years of age or older
  • You will use SecuFlag only for lawful identification purposes
  • You understand and accept our order verification process

SecuFlag LLC reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or refund any order that cannot be verified as going to a legitimate security use. This determination is made solely at our discretion.

4. Order Verification

All orders are subject to manual review before fulfillment. We verify that orders are going to legitimate church security teams or related organizations. Orders that cannot be verified within a reasonable time will be cancelled and refunded in full. We are not obligated to fulfill any order prior to completion of verification.

5. Products

SecuFlag devices are single-use consumable identification tools. Once deployed — in a live incident, training drill, or any other use — the unit is expended and should be replaced. SecuFlag LLC makes no representation that deployment of a SecuFlag device will guarantee recognition by law enforcement or prevent any specific outcome during an active threat event.

SecuFlag is an identification aid. It is not a substitute for proper security training, coordination with local law enforcement, written emergency action plans, or professional security protocols. Users are solely responsible for how they integrate SecuFlag into their security programs.

6. Intellectual Property

SecuFlag™ is a trademark of SecuFlag LLC. The SecuFlag device is covered by a pending patent (Provisional Application No. 63/993,788, filed March 1, 2026). All content on secuflag.com — including text, images, graphics, and design — is the property of SecuFlag LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

7. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice. Payment is due in full at the time of order. We accept all major credit cards and payment methods available at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

8. Shipping

We ship to verified addresses within the United States. Orders are fulfilled after verification is complete. Estimated shipping times begin after verification, not after order placement. SecuFlag LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SecuFlag LLC, its officers, members, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • The use or inability to use SecuFlag products
  • Any outcome during an active threat, security incident, or training exercise
  • Any reliance on SecuFlag as a sole means of identification
  • Any failure of law enforcement to recognize or respond to a deployed SecuFlag device

SecuFlag LLC's total liability for any claim arising from the purchase or use of our products shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

SecuFlag products are provided "as is." We make no warranty, express or implied, that use of SecuFlag will result in any specific outcome during a security incident. SecuFlag is designed and tested to deploy reliably under normal conditions. It is a single-use device and its reliability is contingent on proper carry, storage, and use as directed.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SecuFlag LLC and its members, officers, and employees from any claim, demand, loss, or expense — including reasonable legal fees — arising from your use of our products, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Tax-Exempt Organizations

If your organization is tax-exempt, it is your responsibility to provide a valid exemption certificate before your order ships. SecuFlag LLC is not responsible for taxes charged on orders where exemption documentation was not provided prior to fulfillment.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of secuflag.com shall be resolved in the courts of Wayne County, Michigan.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to secuflag.com. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
